We ensure all the operations meet the ISO 9001 standards. 3 levels of QA measures control the whole line of processing. Overall quality inspection takes place at the key stages of raw skin selection, after fleshing, after picking, after wet-buffing, at crust and after finishing. Spot quality inspection is carried out before dispatching. We hold the most globally advanced technology of Eco-tanning, and strictly control the physical and chemical indexes. All articles of sheepskin products were, are and will continuously be tested by professional labs to acquire the most up-to-date certificates. So as to all major social audits to our manufacture facilities and management systems. Our sheepskin products have been certified by numbers of international authorities specially including the 3rd party “IWAY” of IKEA which is higher than EN standard. Standards are always as high as our goal!

Woolmark is a trademark owned by Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI). The Woolmark Certified logo is applied to products that have been tested and approved as 100% pure new wool.

The Woolmark brand is the world’s best known textile fibre brand. Australian Wool Innovation Limited (AWI) operates a global licencing program to ensure that any product bearing the Woolmark logo meets strict wool quality and performance criteria based on the exacting demands of today’s customer.

To ensure Woolmark Quality Standards are maintained, The Woolmark Company has developed a comprehensive set of Specifications and Test Methods. Products must meet or exceed the requirements of the relevant Specification prior to gaining Woolmark certification. To assess products against the Specifications, an independent Authorised Laboratory will use the appropriate Woolmark Test Methods.

A Quality Assurance program is used to ensure that quality is maintained after the initial approval of a product and over time. This process also ensures that Specifications are interpreted consistently by licensees and independent authorised laboratories worldwide.

The LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for leather and leather articles of all levels of production.

The precondition for the certification of leather materials and leather articles/products in accordance with LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO-TEX® is that all parts of an article meet the required criteria – in addition to the leather, for example, also textile fabrics, sewing threads, inserts, prints, labels etc., as well as non-textile accessories, such as buttons, zip fasteners, rivets etc.

The basic concept of the OEKO-TEX® tests for harmful substances has been for 25 years now to ensure the highest possible degree of human-ecological product safety for consumers, regardless of the materials the tested sales items are made of.

A Leather Working Group (LWG) Audit is an assessment of the environmental compliance and performance capabilities of leather manufacturers, against the Leather Working Group environmental auditing standard. Brands are encouraged to audit their suppliers via the Leather Working Group, to encourage sustainable and appropriate environmental business practices within the leather industry. This naturally has a positive effect for consumers, showing that products with your brand are manufactured in a sustainable way.

BLC Leather Technology Centre Ltd (BLC) has auditors approved to carry out LWG audits using the LWG Environmental Audit Protocol. BLC is the world leading technology support organisation for the leather supply chain. It is a commercial organisation providing a wide range of services to the leather industry, the scope of which covers all areas from raw material through to finished product in retail, including a testing, auditing and consulting business that specialises in chemicals, leather, footwear and other associated products and related materials.

Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing around the world through certification and education. The WRAP certification program mainly focuses on the apparel, footwear and sewn products sectors.

The WRAP 12 Principles are based on generally accepted international workplace standards, local laws and workplace regulations which encompass human resources management, health and safety, environmental practices, and legal compliance including import/export and customs compliance and security standards. They are core standards for the production facilities participating in the WRAP Certification Program. The 12 Principles are : 1.Compliance with Laws and Workplace Regulations; 2.Prohibition of Forced Labor; 3.Prohibition of Child Labor; 4.Prohibition of Harassment or Abuse; 5.Compensation and Benefits; 6.Hours of Work; 7.Prohibition of Discrimination; 8.Health and Safety; 9.Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining; 10.Environment; 11.Customs Compliance; 12.Security.

Gold certification is the standard WRAP certification level, awarded to facilities that demonstrate full compliance with WRAP’s 12 Principles.

Intertek has been selected as the worldwide independent monitor of choice for many of the world’s top retailers. Intertek Group plc is a multinational inspection, product testing and certification company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The company is the largest tester of consumer goods in the world and has a network of more than 1,000 laboratories across around 100 countries.

Registration, Evaluation, Authorization & Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is a new regulation (EC1907/2006) that is being implemented by the European Union (EU) to better protect human health and the environment from hazardous chemicals. REACH establishes a registration system for chemical substances that requires the traceability of chemicals and identification of chemical substances within goods (Articles or Preparations). The objective of this registration system is to provide hazard and risk information about a chemical substance at any point during its lifecycle. As such, REACH affects not only chemical manufacturers, but also product manufacturers, distributors, retailers and importers that import, manufacture or place products on the EU market. The registration system requires the traceability and identification of chemical substances, chemical substances in preparations and chemical substances in articles. Documentation will be required for submittal to the European Chemical Agency (ECHA).

Many brands, retailers and importers will be asking their suppliers and manufacturers to demonstrate with confidence that a process is in place to ensure REACH compliance. Bureau Veritas is the one who assists us with REACH compliance.

The Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI) was established by the amfori in 2003, with the aim of improving social performance in the increasingly complex global supply chains. The amfori BSCI Code of Conduct, which includes 11 fundamental principles, is based on the labor standards of the International Labour Organization, UN Charter of Human Rights and other key international and national regulations in the human rights sphere.

An audit to ensure compliance with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct must be conducted by a provisionally approved amfori BSCI Service Provider, and involves thorough on-site assessment of supplier facilities by professional social auditors.

As an independent company, Tüv Rheinland carries out our audit and verify compliance with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct. TUV stands for Technischer Überwachungsverein (Technical Inspection Association). TÜV Rheinland AG provides technical services for testing, inspection, certification, consultation, and training worldwide.

China Quality Certification ISO-9001 / ISO-14001 / OHSAS-18001 

The CQC is under control of the China Certification & Inspection Group, which is approved by the State General Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine and the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China. CQC is a national certification body (NCB) and official member of the following organizations: IQNet, International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements, ANF, and CITA.

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

ISO 14001:2015 sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and can be certified to. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system. It can be used by any organization regardless of its activity or sector. Using ISO 14001:2015 can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.

OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, (officially BS OHSAS 18001) is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It exists to help all kinds of organisations put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance.
